i'm the same age as you!
you shouldn't really go overboard with workouts as this age as you're still developing and weights, etc., can cause problems when your muscles are'nt fully developed yet (that's why some gyms ban people under 16 or 18)
i pretty much just go for a 30 minute run, 3 times a week. it helps train your stamina and is good for the whole body without putting too much strain. if you're on a treadmill, try doing intervals, for example 3 minutes of jog (at a comfortable pace) and then 1 minute of sprinting.
swimming is also another good sport if you want to keep fit. it's good for the whole body especially the stomach. i swim at least once a week!

You need aerobic exercise as well as the push ups and stuff you've been doing. Start lifting weights also.
Try walking or running for 30 minutes. Maybe jog for 30 minutes. Or if you have a treadmill or an exercise bike use that too. Then not only will your arms be toned but your legs will be too!
Good luck!

Well, you could do pilates or an AB workout (variations to situps)
There are also good work out videos to choose from that involve just 30 minutes. Aerobics are another good choice.
If you just want to go simple, treadmill or an eliptical will do.

It depends on how much you weigh. If your trying to gain muscle then buy some weights. If your trying to lose weight, use those 30 min. to concentrate either the lower half one day and the upper half of your body the next day.

you have an entire bladder each a million/2 hour, or you experience such as you're able to desire to bypass continually? there's a huge difference. in case you definitely have an entire bladder and urinate an substantial volume this regularly, that could desire to be greater serious. yet, in case you in easy terms experience such as you're able to desire to bypass continuously and you're urinating like 2 drops each time, that's probably a urinary tract an infection. the two way you're able to desire to call your surgeon. Pregnant women folk do could desire to pee a sprint greater regularly than frequent, yet each half-hour is particularly intense.
