buff/muscular guys...work out. there's not much else you can do. i know you said you work out already, but if you're concerned about spending money, there are plenty of things you can do on your own to work out without spending money...push ups, bicycle crunches, bicep curls with a can of soup or a bottle of water, lunges...there are lots of things.

but man, you're 15. you don't need to be ripped. enjoy your teenhood, worry about being buff later.

There ain't no other way. I'm 16 and have been working out since I was 15. Only been working for about 5-6 months monday-friday every week. I have gained 20 pounds and alotta muscle. It takes hard work and dedication.

Your not. But, doing push ups are free, you can find a tree branch to do pull ups on, thats free. doing sit ups is also free. Your not really going to gain muscle size unless you are using your muscles (working out).

muscles grow only one way..... by being strained beyond comfort so as to create little tears in the fiber which then fill in with new muscle...... your question is kind of like saying how can I be a doctor without going to school
