Losing that much weight that quick will not help you. You will lose muscle mass which is what will speed up your metabolism. You shouldnt lose more than 3 pounds a week.

Short of cutting your legs off, theres not much that you can sensibly do...
You would need to lose a pound a day..
Most people lose 5# the first week, then 1-3 aweek there after..

Thats alot to loose in a little time.......you should start out by doing some form of cardio; walking, running, biking. You should also look into joining a gym ! Once you get there, most gyms give a free trainer session.......where a trainer helps you get comfortable with the equipment and points you in the right direction to get to your goals. I highly recommend Golds !

It's not safe to lose that amount of weight in a month. You will not be able to get it off and keep it off that quickly.
