i do all kinds of things for work.im always moving heavy things.going up ladders,every thing i do most dont have the energy to do.like laying under a car putting in a tranny.moving lumber.i do this every day.im not fat.have a six pack,very toned.do you think i really need to exercise or if i keep doing what i do,that will be good.

before you start seeing results. i'm starting to get depressed and feel like pigging out.

how many calories a day should i eat to start seeing results? i wish i could stay at like 900...if i did that (don't preach about gaining more in the end blah blah blah) how long do you think it wouls take before i lost noticeable weight?

during the summer i lost about 20lbs [from 138 -118; size 9 -size 5] through treadmill & watching what i eat. when school started, i didnt get to exercise as much because of homework, but i still managed to keep my weight in check through watching what i ate.

so far during school my weight fluctuated between 115-120lbs.
on the 23, i was 119lbs. but since tuesday of last week, i started binge eating but i DO NOT throw up afterwards. & now i can see the weight gain in my stomach and thighs. now i want to lose that weight gain & stop my binge eating.

yesterday & today i did that "special k diet" where i would eat
3/4 cup special k protein plus-1/2 cup nonfat milk-1 tbsp nesquick choco powder [3x]-1 banana @ brkfst, 1 small fuji apple @ lunch&dinner, 1 90 calorie chewy bar for a snack.
once i hit dinner, i started to binge.

how do i stop binge eating? i dont know if its because i stopped eating junk food since summer or if its something else.

I would like to concentrate on one that uses my abs. If you personally know of one that really works, I would appreciate you telling me how effective it was for you! Thank you in advance!

okay well i have noticed for awhile now that my right arm bicep looks alot bigger then left. Today i measured biceps and my right arm measures 12 inches and my left arm is 9. That is a huge huge difference. I am shocked. It always looked weird to when i wear shirts. I never really did weights. I don't get it how can it be this much of a difference. I did break my left wrist so i didn't use it much but i also broke my right wrist so they should be equal. I can understand a inch but yooo 3 inches thats huge.

someone answered in my previous question that if you drink iced water you can lose more calories, which eventuates to a slight weight loss.....is this true?? iced water here i come!! =) thanks.

Ok I am 13 105-110lbs and 5' 2". I don't know if if should loose some wieght or tone up or what. I am starting up gymnastics in the beginging of January. Does anybody know some excersices that could help me get in better shape for gymnastics? I am pretty athletic, I do 100-200 jumping jacks, 100 crunches, I hold a shallow squat for 2 minuetes and I also do handstands, lunges,cartwheels, rounds offs, and back briges. I also am strecting to become more flexible I can almost do my middle splits and my right splits but I am not even close to my left splits.

I would like some good streching, and toning excersises that could help me.

I carry most of my wieght on my tummy but my arms are really skinny.I also carry most of my wieght on my legs. But that is good because I don't like having really skinny looking legs for some very odd reason.

I would also like an easy diet to follow that can keep me energized and healithy.

Any gymnasts, personal trainers, dieticians that could help

it drives me insane, like are thes 13 year olds fishing for compliments, or do they really have that low self esteem that they need to ask that question. Are they looking for some kind of validation or what????

I have been counting calories for a really long time now. Making sure not to exceed 1200 a day which is the norm from my weight and height. However, the past few days (maybe because of the holidays) i've not been eating the healthiest.
Im just wondering if this is an ok way to eat for a day or so.. its been about 2 days.. and today i had..
Breakfast: yogurt
Lunch: 1 slice of plain pizza
(ran on the tred mill and burned 230 calories)
Dinner: South Beach 300 calorie chicken and broclie with apple sauce
Snack: SmartStart 90 Calorie Ice cream
that made me have a total of 1,090 calories for today. Is that an ok way of eating or should i change it?
I guess im basiclly asking your oppinion, but please be kind & thanks in advance for your help =]]

I love to lift weights, and have just lately started to put up some real serious weight. Recently my parents have really got on my case about how weightlifting is unhealthy? Their saying its bad for my heart and Ill live a shorter life. Is there any truth behind this?

I am about 4 foot 11 inch tall and weigh around like 103 and i want to get down to like 90 pounds. I want to try to lose weight quick and easy without having to eat really disgusting food (No Offense) like raw vegetables and too much fruit. How does oats really taste like? for six years i have been an all-star cheerleader and have had a harsh workout for many hours a week. my senior year has come and i have stopped cheerleading and focused on school, not that i have just finished high school this semester, i am going to start to work out every day, as wwell as improve my eating habits. i havent gained much weight, i am just not as toned and i also would like to lose more weight in addition to gaining my six pack back. what foods, fruits and veggies in particular, should i incorporate into my diet. what machines sould i use to help tone muscles, and what machines should i use to help burn fat fast? and how should i alterate what muscles i work on in order to make the workout beneficial?

I just started grad school last August. I haven't put on a lot of weight but I have some weight to lose that I gained a while back and I have lost my tone. The problem is I spend 12-13 hours a day in class, teaching class, or working my office. By the time I get home I am too pooped to even think about exercising.

Has anyone had to deal with this situation? How did you find the time and energy to get the exercise you needed?
