Ok I am 13 105-110lbs and 5' 2". I don't know if if should loose some wieght or tone up or what. I am starting up gymnastics in the beginging of January. Does anybody know some excersices that could help me get in better shape for gymnastics? I am pretty athletic, I do 100-200 jumping jacks, 100 crunches, I hold a shallow squat for 2 minuetes and I also do handstands, lunges,cartwheels, rounds offs, and back briges. I also am strecting to become more flexible I can almost do my middle splits and my right splits but I am not even close to my left splits.
I would like some good streching, and toning excersises that could help me.
I carry most of my wieght on my tummy but my arms are really skinny.I also carry most of my wieght on my legs. But that is good because I don't like having really skinny looking legs for some very odd reason.
I would also like an easy diet to follow that can keep me energized and healithy.
Any gymnasts, personal trainers, dieticians that could help
