It is not healthy to loose that much weight in a month. If you want to lose weight and not have chicken flab then you should exercise regularly so that you can in a manner of speaking turn the fat into muscle. Also, make sure to eat a normal healthy diet and go very light on sweet treats, chips & dips, fast foods ... and all that stuff.

As long as you don't too much weight too fast, the body has a built in mechanism of employing certain enzymes to destroy skin cells when that skin is not needed.

If you don't go to an extreme, you won't have any excess skin if you lose weight in moderation.

10-15 pounds is a little much. You might find yourself unable to even do that in the first place since its pretty hard.

That much weight, yeah you will have some skin left

if u re 14 even if u have excess skin after u lose weight there re much more chances for it to reduce after some time completely. especially if u will be doing some physical exercises like shaping. and u can't "tone fat into muscles". fat is fat, especially if u re a female u have underskin fat which has nothing to do with muscles.

you're still young so your skin is in pretty good shape. though do weight training to tighten those muscles along with cardio. :) Also drink lots of water.

Also make sure you're losing weight the healthy way. If you're just losing muscle and water opposed to fat, then yes the chances are higher.

If you lose the weight now, you probably won't. However, the longer you wait to lose it, the more lose skill you will have to cope with. Good luck, you can do it!!!!

take it slowly
