okay well i have noticed for awhile now that my right arm bicep looks alot bigger then left. Today i measured biceps and my right arm measures 12 inches and my left arm is 9. That is a huge huge difference. I am shocked. It always looked weird to when i wear shirts. I never really did weights. I don't get it how can it be this much of a difference. I did break my left wrist so i didn't use it much but i also broke my right wrist so they should be equal. I can understand a inch but yooo 3 inches thats huge.

My guess would be that you are right handed so that side gets more of a work-out in everything that you do. Perhaps when exercising concentrate more on the left side, and just be conscious in your daily life and make an attempt to utilize the left side more often.
It is perfectly natural to be asymmetrical - have an uneven body shape. You may also notice one foot is slightly larger, and for women one breast tends to be slightly larger than the other. This is in part due to a natural preference for utilizing one side over the other.

You should try being more ambidextrous in everyday tasks. (Use both hands). Your right arm is dominant, and since you use it for more, it is bigger than the left. Try using your left to do things you do all the time without thinking about it. Drinking a glass of water, opening a door, choking the chicken. And work the left more when you work out.

that happened to my legs after i got surgery on my ankle.
it's been about 6 months & the right one is still slightly smaller than the left. i think it just takes time to recover?
& i wouldn't worry about looking funny. no one will notice until you point it out.
