I drink 8-10 16-oz bottles of water a day. It's perfectly fine AND I don't workout every single day. Also, as long as you're not doing it in one sitting, then um what's the problem?

I find that it helps me flush out toxins (which helps your skin), keeps me hydrated, and resets my hunger level.

Haha smart what the person before me said...depends on how big a bottle! If you're taking 500 ml; I wouldn't do it. People have died from drinking too much water. No joke. Sounds crazy but there's been a number of cases. I wouldn't exceed six 500 ml bottles.

i assume it does not harm to attempt... the main i ever did replaced into 8/day for a pair of week. i could not shop on however because of fact i had to pee each and every of the time (i've got heard that for the duration of different persons eating a great style of water will lead them to bloated because of fact they keep the water.) i could propose working your way up progressively to an quantity of water that works on your physique.

depends on the size of the water bottle....although i wouldn't recommend you do....unless they're small....just drink the 8-10 average glasses....unless you're doing strenuous exercise =)

Depends on how big the bottle is, but it's probably too much, unless you're very strenuously exercising.
