Besides crunches, I am looking for an ab routine to do from my home. I do not have any medicine ball or anything. What are some good home ab exercises I can do regularly? How many sets and reps with each exercise? Thanks.

I really want to shed some pounds quick! Last time I had a baby I went on this 48 hours fasting diet where all I did was drink fluids and when I really really got hungry I ate a cracker. I lost all the body fat I wanted to, and looked great and kept the weight off! I just had another baby over a month ago and want to do the same thing. Im just wondering if this is a safe method of losing weight?

my friends sister tried the diet and it made her boobs from a b to a c but when she stopped eating it it went back.. is there any way i can eat regular foods with jello to keep the size if it happens? or is it bad for you? i have no clue help me out. also if you've been on the diet what do you eat other than water, milk, and jello that will still make it work or there any recipes?

i mean i hate cardio machines even if its only a 5 minute workout...if i dont do a warm up and go straight to lifting weights......will i still get the same results in the long run

Normaly i go to the gym everyday. But today i walked down & when i got there just couldnt be botherd. The trainer i normaly have wasnt there either so that didnt help. Anyway i did have a big long walk for about 2-3hours then had to walk it home. It was raining & freezing so i just had a nice warm bath! Im suppose to be loosing 5pounds in less than a week. all i've eaten today is a big bowl of ceral & a apple. which are proberly gone from all the walking anyway. Will i still reach my goal for Jan 4th? Only want to loose 5pounds! Im 109Lbs.

Will it affect it at all?
