i have a little pouch on my stomach but i dont know how to loose it without going on a diet? (i work out one time everyday but it doesnt work)

Eat less high calorie and/or processed food and exercise. All you really have to do is eat less calories than your body uses every day. If you consume 500 calories less than you need every day, you'll lose a pound in a week. It's simple enough without having to drastically change your lifestyle

Drink lots of water, and exercise for about 30 minutes each day. Cardiovascular exercises would be the best. Some cardio exercises include:

Running, walking, aerobics, stationary bike, or anything that gets your heart rate going.


if you can't get motivated enough to do that, try listening to your favorite movie, join a gym, or get a friend to help you (and themselves).


you don't necessarily have to go on a diet, just try and stay away from foods with lots of calories and fat. Only eat when you're hungry. When you want to eat, rate your hunger on a scale of 1-5, and if its at a 3 or higher, you should go ahead and eat. Also, if you eat on smaller plates, the less food you will consume. Diet and exercise combined will maximize your results.

It sounds like you do not have a big problem. Find an exercise book in the library. It will show you different exercises for your particular problem. You can also just wear a tight brief with a stomach support built in.

Eat light like eating vegetables. Don't eat fat foods like burgers.

to loose weight one must reduce calories put in or increase calories spent, it is that simple, sorry
