Normaly i go to the gym everyday. But today i walked down & when i got there just couldnt be botherd. The trainer i normaly have wasnt there either so that didnt help. Anyway i did have a big long walk for about 2-3hours then had to walk it home. It was raining & freezing so i just had a nice warm bath! Im suppose to be loosing 5pounds in less than a week. all i've eaten today is a big bowl of ceral & a apple. which are proberly gone from all the walking anyway. Will i still reach my goal for Jan 4th? Only want to loose 5pounds! Im 109Lbs.
Will it affect it at all?
