exercising always makes you feel better,it helps your blood flow and helps you burn calories that make your body feel all blah. So yes it will bring your mood up

exercise makes you feel wonderful! you may sweat and you want to cry during it but keep going.
once you get in the shower and in your pjs u feel like you accomplished something!!!
i love exercising. makes me feel VERY VERY good
