my friends sister tried the diet and it made her boobs from a b to a c but when she stopped eating it it went back.. is there any way i can eat regular foods with jello to keep the size if it happens? or is it bad for you? i have no clue help me out. also if you've been on the diet what do you eat other than water, milk, and jello that will still make it work or there any recipes?

Boobs are mostly fat cells and is your boob size is dictated by your hormones and your genetic coding and so eating a particular things won't change your boobs unless it's a lot of added body fat. That's why when people lose weight ...they lose in their boobs. and unfortunately that usually the first to go.
Your jello diet is extremely dangerous because of the lack of nutrition your body is getting.
· It is important to maintain a good diet so you don't compromise your health. Damage done because of lack of nutrition is not worth a nice body. Some diet damage cannot be fixed.
·
· When you deprive your brain, the brain will take other body cells to convert to the elements that it needs. And the cells it takes are BRAIN CELLS. OOPS. I don't want to lose brain cells to have big boobs . But I would like to have both.
AND DON'T GO ON A DIET. DECIDE TO MAKE A LIFE CHANGE TO A HEALTHY LIFE STYLE.
1) fruits and veggies, all you want, organic, raw, vine-ripe if possible. Steamed is OK, sautéed is OK even canned or frozen is OK, but lots of them.
2) limited or no meat. Linked to heart diseases, high blood pressure, cancer, arthritis, etc.
3) nothing fried, sauté in olive oils
4) no FAST FOOD- is junk, no nutrition, empty calories
5) NO PROCESSED FOOD. if you can't pronounce it don't eat it.
6) nothing white, salt, sugar, mayo, milk, (or at least in moderation.)
7) NO DAIRY-dairy is great for baby cows; your body does not even digest it properly. check out www.notmilk.com
8) EXERCISE- and be sure to refresh your body with water and fresh fruit
9) NO PROTEIN SUPPLEMENTS. Muscle is made from water, replace the water. You get enough protein from the food you eat, You get more protein from spinach than the supplements you take and your body does not get toxic on food protein the way it will with supplements. Supplements can really tax you liver.
10) Good supplement would be Omega 3, B-12 and Juice Plus+

11) NO CARBONATED DRINKS, or at least limited. They actually dissolve the calcium in your bones.
AND DON'T GO NUTS, MODERATION.

You gotta watch your diet too cus as you exercise you need to gain weight in muscles and not in fat ok. If your metabolism is like mine(no matter how much crap or food I eat I don't get fat) then you're ok, but if you're one of the people who gains weight like crazy then you gotta watch out ok. Just have a healthy diet ok, as for getting a six pack ab this is what I do: I do ab work out every other day so that my muscles rest from the day before. I do 50 crunches and then rest for about a minute and then do 20 leg lifts. I rest for a while and then do another 50 crunches and 20 leg lifts. again rest for a while and then go back to do my last 50 crunches and 20 leg lifts. a total of 150 crunches and 60 legs lifts for the day. The next day I rest so that my muscle grows. so every other day. Each time I look in the mirror my stomach looks smoother, flatter and I see how my ab muscles are shaping.

I think your sister's friend put on a padded bra and told you guys it was he jello diet. Unless you stick it inside your bra there is no way that will make your boobs bigger.

you should just be happy for the fact that you are skinny! dont worry about the size of your boobs, you probably already look good.

you dont need to go on a crash diet, besides you just said that you are aready skinny. besides diferent diets work with different people so it may have worked for her but it probably wont for you.
