i do exercise,aerobics... i just want to know simple ways to maintain by not gaining weight..like taking hot water with honey in the morning....

"Freshly Squeezed Lemon Water With Honey" also kills an appetite for eating.
However the best way to loose weight is walking. Just walk and walk and walk. My best friend was so big she could not hold her own weight. she started walking and in a couple of months she got so small I thought she was sick. I said "what have you been doing" She told me "Walk, Walk, Walk, Walk"
P.S. Dont be hard on yourself. Results come gradually in months not overnight like these fake commercials tell you.

Drink warm water with some lemon juice that is supose to burn fat. It has to be done beofre breakfast.
