at the moment i run 3 miles almost everyday . is that enough?

Well im 16 and i have never worked out before. I never did any sports but ufc stuff but im not doing that atm. Im small 5 foot 3 and only 110 pounds and i have 12 inch biceps flexed. I am starting to go to gym around 5 times a week and dont worry im giving my body a rest. I will work out a different body part each day. I also started taking weight gainer,creatine, and protein. I know what im doing with these suppliments my bro used to use them. I also have a great diet. So if I keep up what im doing how long until my biceps hit 13 inches. How long until i hit 15 inches.

I desperately need to increase flex. in my legs (for splits and roundhouse kicks, etc.) and back, shoulders too ( for backbridges, handstand hollows and inverts, etc) permanently or as LONG TERM as possible. i know i'll need a daily routine, but does anyone who's an expert have any tips or can anyone direct me to a good guide or resource?

I am 13 years old. I weigh about 175 pounds, though i do have some muscle. I am about 5'5. Me and my mom have a bikini challenge to see who looks best in their's by Spring Break 2008. Does anyone know some ways to make this go fast. (TIPS)

I can only do my exercise bike for about 3 1/2 minutes at a time. Will I still get a benefit from it if I do it multiple times a day at 3 minutes each time?

as in lifting weights and stuff cuz i already run. anyway, i am 15 almost 16 and i am pretty slow in puberty, my voice hasnt cracked and i havent had my growth spurt yet. i want to start lifting but i heard it wasnt safe before puberty. so is it ok for me to workout or no?

I have been on the Atkins for for many many months and now need a break from it. I am tired of eating hamburgers and steak.

I was wondering if I ate mostly brown rice for one week, would I lose weight or gain weight because of the carbs. I have diabetes type 2.

I did have around two cups of brown rice this morning and have been to the bathroom six times. It is good to eat fiber, but would this be a way to lose actual fat.

Nabisco makes a new 100% whole grain baked cracker that is wonderful. They also have carbs, but also fiber. I am getting to the point of not knowing what to eat anymore. If I eat any carbs my stomach blows up like a balloon and I have never been able to figure out why carbs do this to me. I do not over eat carbs.

Will a brown rice diet help me lose weight. I am thinking of one week only.

I know that you have to do ab exercises and cardio to lose the layer of fat? But there is also the things that you have to eat.

Can someone give a full explanation on everything that needs to be done to get abs? What kind of exercises to do, and what to eat, etc?

I wish to start working out and by the end of 2008 be physically fit and active.

The current resources that I have at my disposal are a treadmill,

Two 15 lbs. dumbells

And at least 1 hour on weekdays, and at least two hours on weekends.

I'm also 15 years old. My height is 5' 10'' and I weight 170 pounds.

I want to do both strength training and cardio training, i.e., abs, arms, etc...

If anyone can help me with this, please help me come up with a schedule, such as what to do on Day 1, day 2, etc...

I don't know what numbers like 3x30 mean when talking in physical terms....

I am supposed to meet someone for a date. I saw his face and a little bit of his upper body, but not a full picture. He told me he is 6'2" and weighs 170 lbs. and has an athletic build. If a guy is that tall, wouldn't he weigh more if he had an athletic build? Does 170 lbs. sound real thin? I was just curious on what the average weight would be for a 6'2" guy with an athletic build. I thought at least 200.
