im pretty skinny, and i do cardio everyday. i need some excersizes that will target my lower abs and obliques. thanks

i do hanging leg raises and figure 8's for lower abs and obliques.

leg raises, knee ups, twist with a medicine ball, elbow to opposite knee crunch, side bends... all with the cardio and eat right, and you will be plenty fine
