im 15 yr old girl
i work out like atleast 4 times a week
i so so many crunches and pushups a week
i really would like a 6 pac =)
help?

To show off your abs, you need to burn off the layer of fat that is covering them. To do this you need to go on a calorie restricted diet and do a lot of exercise including cardio and sit ups. The layer of fat will not go away by simply doing sit ups and crunches. If you already have a low body fat percentage than doing situps and crunches will help you. Don't go crazy with them. A lot of people go to the gym and fo hundreds of situps and crunches every day. They treat their abs differently from every other muscle in the body. Treat them the same as you would any other muscle and you will see improvements.

I use to do tons of sit ups and ab work outs. I had a strong stomach but my stomach still had a bit of fat on it. Now I don't even do any sit ups because I do tons of cardio. I run 7 miles a day, and do a hour worth of other cardio most days.
Now my stomach is flat with definition.
I probably should be doing sit-ups plus cardio but I feel to lazy to do both ha. If I did sit ups also, I would probably have more of a six-pack.

Cardio is best, but combine you will probably see great results ;)

no offense a six pack is so not sexy on a girl but if u want it....do crunches with a medicine ball.....that puts more pressure on ur core, and also do bridges, that will get u a six pack in no time, put remeber dont lift weights, it could impare your growth hormone and trust me chica you do not want that. but do alot of ocre excersies and dont forget to go for 30 minute runs...eat healthy and dont do drugs k...lol..jk jk.... ok well do that and ull get the results u want
