as in lifting weights and stuff cuz i already run. anyway, i am 15 almost 16 and i am pretty slow in puberty, my voice hasnt cracked and i havent had my growth spurt yet. i want to start lifting but i heard it wasnt safe before puberty. so is it ok for me to workout or no?

I suggest you start wroking out, but start with building strength. Do lower weight and higher repetitions, that way you start getting used to working out, adn you will get stronger. Once you want to build muscle, you can do higher weight and less repetitions, that way your workouts are more intense and you will build muscle. You can also start by doing non- weight strength training such as push-ups, situps, and pullups. I would start of with those, and once my body has fully developed than I would go into heavy weights. ALSO cardio and warming up are very important when working out. YOU always have to do both of those so you don't strain any muscles.

I'm 15, and I also heard it's not good to work out using very heavy weights.


I would just work out, but don't go to far with it.

yes everyone should work out. lifting weighs will stunt your growth early on is just a myth.

I've never heard that it's bad to exercise at any age. Just don't over load yourself with too much exercising.

But as for anyone, don't overwork yourself.
