I know that you have to do ab exercises and cardio to lose the layer of fat? But there is also the things that you have to eat.

Can someone give a full explanation on everything that needs to be done to get abs? What kind of exercises to do, and what to eat, etc?

Sit ups is the best, fruit and vegetable to eat, stay away from avocado and sour cream. Eat some breads too you still new carbs I know weird and it is going to take some time so have patience it may take 4 weeks before you see result, but make sure you three medium or six small meals a day or you could cause your body so serious problems. good luck with your abs
