I take 2 tablespoons a day, but I'm not sure if I'm supposed to take it 30 minutes before breakfast, with breakfast, after workout, before I go to sleep. I've been searching for answers for like a week and no luck. Help me out please.

Flax is just another healthy fat to include in your diet regimen. I would assume that you are also eating other fats (omega's, etc). I normally take my flax products in the morning since I have very little to no fat during this meal.

Flax doesn't help your body stay anabolic or create additional pump during workouts. So trying to work it into a pre or post meal/shake isn't necessary, but you can if you want.

All lipid (oil) nutrients (essential fatty acids, fat soluble vitamins, etc.) need to be taken with a meal containing some fat/lipids to aid absorption. So, just take your flax oil with a 'full' type of meal.

Best wishes and good luck.

he metabolic powers certain foods have to make your physique burn a lot more body fat.” It is a way of rating foods, based on “how many calories your body is going to burn just breaking down the nutrients each time you consume a certain food.”
Therefore, you are not alone in this battle.
