I was wondering if you could work out every day in the gym. I do that probably three-four days in row. Afterwards, I rest two days. Is that good for my body?

Well sometimes it can be but other times you might me putting too much stress on your body and might wanna give it a rest. You can do that way sometimes but I recommend that if you do, you should vary the length of your work out or not do five days in a row maybe more like one day you work out the next day you skip, after the skip day you can work out two days in a row and then take a break and then you skip a day work out and skip a day, work out.

well sort of.. you should work out 2 days rest 1, 2 days rest1, the most hours a day...2-4 at a time ... betweeen each work out 45 second like if you do 15 push ups then rest 45 secs 20 sit ups/crunches 45 secs like that dont do everything at one time. you dont want to get to worked up. make sure you eat the right amount of calories. dont cut down on those. eat lots of protein. my dad lost more than 100 pounds in a little more or less than a year.my mom lost about 50 in 3/4ths me well i don tneed to worry a bout that stuff... I am to young

It is Ok to work out 5 days in a row I myself work out two day and take one day off. It is completely up to you. Five or 6 days in a row are ok as well but make sure you take one day off a week.

It's possibly, but you're supposed to give you muscles a rest, I used to work out the five week days then rest over the weekend.
You can work out everyday, put it should either be light, so only that nights rest is enough, or work out one group of muscles, then the next day work out a different group.

They usually recommend that you rest 1 day between work outs if you are pumping iron. I usually concentrate on upper body one day than lower body next day. That way I get a workout every day and muscles have time to recover. If your system works for you why change it?

just be sure to replace all the nutrients you are losing and stay hydrated...its good that you give your body rest...you may even want to consider altering the intensity of workouts...like have an easier workout the day after a hard one

Depends on what you mean by working out. Do you mean lifting weights? If so, it's only good if you vary the muscles you are working out. So if you're going to the gym and working on arms one day, chest another, legs another, abs another, then it's fine. If you're working on all of them everyday then it's not good. But again it also depends on why you are working out. If you're trying to lose weight and muscle, working out the same muscles everyday will achieve. If you're trying to get muscular, then working out the same muscles everyday will not achieve it. Instead, you'll lose muscle because they don't have enough days to recover.

Yeah just so long as its not the same muscle every day. If it is you can risk tearing or injuring the muscles, if that doesn't happen it pretty much is good for you but you might find yourself totally exhausted on other days.
