I am 13 years old. I weigh about 175 pounds, though i do have some muscle. I am about 5'5. Me and my mom have a bikini challenge to see who looks best in their's by Spring Break 2008. Does anyone know some ways to make this go fast. (TIPS)

well if u lose that much weight... the only place that u'll be going on spring break is a trip to the hospital or to your funeral

Go to ivillage.com and look at what they have to say on what you can do to lost weight and ton up what you have already. I think your mom may like a few things in there as well. I go there for all kinds of things throughout the month. I see way to many girls your age thinking that they need to be a size 2 and all you would need is to lose some weight here and there and your body will do that for you as you start to become more active. Then just tone up all over and you will be great for the Spring.

I do want to say that a normal weight loss in a week is around 5 pounds and you will lose a bunch in the first few weeks and that is water weight and dont let that mean that you will lose a large number of weight every week and dont push to make the big numbers just do 5 pounds a week as your goal.

Instead of a contest between the both of you do this together cause you both will struggle in some areas and you can be there for eachother.

For your Height as of right now at 5'5" you should be around 110-120

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

175 and u wanna lose 120 in 3 months no way it's not healthy all u got to do is move , do crunches and lose it that way eat less then u usually eat you'll lose some but not 120.


plus ur 13 u dont have too worry about weight

since your 13 i wouldnt recommend losing that much weight.......but if you want tight abs to look good...try the AB LOUNGE or try eating healthy and do sit ups...or try nutrisystem.....and then you could lose some weight by not becoming anorexic.

I think you mean that you need to drop down to 120 pounds right? cuz 55 puonds and you would be dead....
