is it true that chewing your food 3x more before you swallow it reduces the fat and calories and stuff in the food?

(-: No! Not unless you spit it out before swallowing.

But, it does expose more surface of the food, so your stomach can get more nutrients out of the food. The act of chewing also satisfies your brain, so you might eat less if you chew more And of course, it slows down the meal time, which gives you more time to think, "Am I really hungry?" If you are full, stop eating.

I think it's worth a try. Just remember, though, if you are full, you need to stop eating.

it is possible that chewing your food a little longer may prepare your digestive system a little more. It may be that your insulin levels can respond more evenly rather than spiking. But physically chewing more may use up a few more calories because of energy used by jaw muscles.

yes, the enzymes produced when you chew increases, so more enzymes from the enzymes gland which is under your mouth: less fats and calories in the product food entered in your body.
