I can only do my exercise bike for about 3 1/2 minutes at a time. Will I still get a benefit from it if I do it multiple times a day at 3 minutes each time?

hmmm depends if you pedalling really hard, but no those slow ones. and do like 5 a day pedalling hard.

nope. just go until u possibly can't take it anymore. its discipline, and itll get u results quicker
