it could be do some good, dont know for sure i would ask you dr abt that. i know that a jog in the winter could be eaiser then in the summer time do the heat issues and stuff.

I try to walk as much as I can in winter. I see people jogging but it's hard for me to jog when is cold. So i try to walk and I always feel better after: better sleep, better motivation, think more positively.
If I could, I would walk 2 hours every day. I bundle myself with clothes and listen on a portable radio.

well i don't know if the cold weather would have any more benefits, but a walk or a jog is very beneficial to your body... it helps regulate several vital systems in your body and strengthens your cardiac system... it can also help you keep off extra pounds and stay in shape...

im not sure but for me it helps me to run faster during track season however im not sure what else it might help with
