Usually I work out 6 days a week in some shape or form.
Today, for example, I ran 7 miles in a little under an hour. Typically, I run around 45 mins outside or on the treadmill 5 days a week and I weight train for an hour 3 days a week. I also do abs everyday for 15 mins.

my routine.
5 minute warm up jog
4-6 compound lifts for my body section of the day. normally 5 sets of 5 with 75% one rep max
Than abs (everyday)
If i feel like it ill do some bicep curls to just because they look good, even though they dont really help in any sport.
than 30 minute cooldown light jog
4-6 days a week.

I have a treadmill in my house and I get on it every morning for a brisk walk/jog for 30 minutes. I just blast music and the time flies!

Actually, I do. I briskly walk. I used to to 10 minutes warm up/cool down and 20 minutes of aerobic walking (speed walking) minutes 6-7 days a week, but then I figured out I might have adrenal fatigue, so I had to cut it down to non-aerobic exercise. I love it. It is such an energy booster and overall health improver.

I use Dance Dance Revolution for an hour a day.
It really does burn up those extra calories.
