It's not the foods that are bad for your voice, it's what you are drinking. Milk is not good to drink if you are going to perform. If you must have milk use soymilk, like SilkSoy (I am a vegan and it tastes better than the real thing). If you drink coffee or tea, with milk, use a soy creamer instead. Drink hot tea with lemon and honey, instead of sugar. It's cold out, so protect your voice by wearing a scarf. Do your vocal exercises, too; forgetting to do that can also affect your singing. Oh and Happy Holidays!

Sugar and dairy will coat your vocal chords.
It's ok to eat these foods but when you are going to sing stay away from food AND DRINKS that contain:
-dairy
-sugar
-anything you think will coat your vocal chords
Only drink water for a couple of hours before singing.
If your voice is raspy, do research on nodes or polyps. When you overdo your singing or sing incorrectly you develop nodes which make you sound raspy permanently.
Don't smoke.

The late Cass Elliot found a ham sandwich a problem. I liked the line Robbin Williams used, "If Mamma Cass gave the ham sandwich to Karen Carpenter then we would still have both of them today." (Actually, Cass had a heart attack while eating a sandwich after a performance).
Some more serious suggestions are on the following links:
