When I lost weight and at night when I was really hungry....I ate a small bowl of Special K, a small slice of cheese or a piece of protein. A lean piece of protein is good because it feels you up.

Nothing is really good right before bed. but as long as you don't eat anything within 2 hours of bedtime, any low-fat food should be ok.

most fruits and veges are good to eat. or some of those low calories midnight snack. try drink some water u might be mistaking thirst for hunger

celery u burn as many calories as u consume or salads with fat free dressings , or just Olive oil or lemon juice . no more than 1 cup . eating salad last will help flush your system .
