Everyone is sort of preprogrammed for how tall they will be. But doing healthy things like the things you've listed give you the best chance of reaching your optimum height.

Lengthwise? Your bones stop growing once you are about 18 years old. They will only get smaller as you get older. Your DNA programs your bones cells to tell them when they should stop getting longer, and usually the late teens years are when they stop. So it depends on how old you are. Anyway, I don't know if eating right and sleeping would be good for growing, but it's recommended for a lot of other things!

Yes it can, however if you have a family history of being short, you can end up short. (but taller maybe, if you do those healthy things.)
