I do about 100 of crunches everyday, and various other ab exercises. I can see a 2 pack when i flex in the middle but not in my upper or lower abs. How do i exercise those and also get faster results overall

ok heres what you do..

do 30 mins of cardio every day ( running or jump rope the best

do intense ab workouts http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3fU_8kJeXeE along with planks and bicycle crunchs

eat a healthy nutitionous diet



drink as much water as you can each day

eat lots of protein try and stay away from animal fats and meat.


use vitamin tablets that give u all the vitamins you need..

never eat after 6 oclock

as soon as you wake up do cardio this means you burn more fat.


all this is free and u do not need 2 go to the gym... i sugest doing weights tho in the after noon before a cardio excersise to burn extra fat..

all this is to burn the layer of fat hiding six pack abs everybody has them and when you burn of you fat you will have extremly good ones.

do a body fat percentage every week or so u need it quite low for a six pack

good luck! i am 13 and i nearly have a six pack i just need to lose about a weeks worth of excersise if i can do it so can you... i have read nearly ever information there is includong bffm this will take u around 3 months i guess good luck!
