Im not so much concerned with losing weight fast, although that would be nice, I would like to take the weight off gradually while keeping my health intact. I have already decided to start eating more veggies/fruit and drinking lots of water, any other suggestions? I have a 2 month old so I am very limited with exercise. I have about 65-70lbs to shed, some baby weight/some not. Please help, I'm getting married in NOVEMBER and would like to be more beautiful than I am now for my wedding.

Eating healthy food is not enough. Your metabalism may be failing you. Start building it up by drinking at least 8 glasses of water each day as well as 6 meals. When I say 6 meals, I mean 6 light meals.

Another way, however, is eating a big meal in the morningn, and eating light before bed. Make sure you do not sleep with a full stomach. You do not want all the food to process into fat as you sleep.

Well dont forget to sleep well, eat alot of small meals during the day to speed up your metabolism, and to drink alot of water. Since you already running you are ahead of the pack, an dloosing wait shall not be hard. If you really want to loose more pounds quicker then you can try my diet and run 3 days per week each day for about 45 minutes if you are slow runner or 25 minutes if you are a fast runner, if you can dedicate the time try average about 4 to 6 miles each of the 3 days. I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!

Do a lot of housework. Do situps and pushups. Take walks with the baby. You'll lose it. Situps will get your abs in shape which is most important.

you may be used to fried foods but there are other sometimes healthier ways to cook including roasting steaming poaching baking braising and broiling

Weight watchers works really well and they have a at home program if you are to busy to go to weigh ins, Good luck stay motivated.
