and i want to look good in a bathing suit but my legs are just a bit bigger then the rest of my body...

Do exercises where you lift and HOLD something heavy for 1 minute. Do each day. This tightens up the muscles, especially around the abs and the hips.

Do Yoga or Pilates. It will strengthen your muscles and make your more flexible. It will give you a longer, leaner look. It's great!
