im takiing classes for nutrition and fitness. it is necessary sometimes for people to gain wieght. that does not mean it has to be done in an unhealthy way. assuming you want to just gain pounds not just get fat, try increasing your calorie intake to 3000-3500 per day but not from fattening foods. that will only cause health problems like heart disease and diabetes. you can decrease activity but dont cut it out completely. remember muscle weighs more than fat. high carbs and protein will help but that doesnt mean you have to leave out veggies and fruit. increasing calories does not mean decreasing nutrition. if you have to gain weight do it the smart way and avoid illness.

drink milkshakes and eat donuts. tons of completely worthless calories. bacon is also good.
essentially, eat whatever sugary stuff you love, and then don't do anything much to burn it off. sleep a lot, watch TV, everything people say you shouldn't do.
it sounds like it will be a lot of fun, but don't overdo it. if you overload your body with calories it could do some nasty things to you, more than just packing on pounds. do some research about diabetes and heart disease before you go too far into this.
enjoy!

it takes 3500 calories to gain a pound. Consume more calories than you burn and you will gain. Try protein drinks they contain a lot of calories.
Make sure you really wanna gain weight cause for 1 its unhealthy and 2 weight is hard to loose once you get in the habbit of overeating and being lazy.

eat a lot of sugar and simple starches like white breads and eat a lot of cheese, drink a lot of soda or high sugar juices. sugar is stored as fat more than fat and oils are.
