You could eat a diet of 80% fruit. I know a raw food eater who eats over 80% fruit following the advice of one who teaches diet. See below website for an MD (an others)saying that fruit is the healthiest food to eat and why. It has lots of sugar but it is fructose with low glycemic index.

One summer I ate mostly watermelon and felt great. I di this since watermelon has a great effect on me.

If you fill up on fruits and veggies and avoid other carbbs and fats you are on the right track. Fruit has massive amounts of antioxidant power that veggies alone can't provide. Eat both, raw and with liberalness.
