anything that gets ur heart rate up for at least 30 minutes a day. Any simple task like walking can do the trick.

Dancing, tennis, basketball, softball, or just about any other sport. Drink tons of water because the body burns about 100 calories per 8 oz of water you drink (because it has to heat it up to your body temperature...the colder the water, the more calories you burn). You could run/jog/ or even walk....the key is being able to carry on a normal conversation while doing this. If you cannot keep up a normal conversation then you are walking/jogging/ running too fast. I'm trying to lose weight too, so if you want to IM me then do so at honey_kisses_on_the_cheek@yahoo.com. I have lost 27 lbs. since March 21and am trying to lose 23 more before the end of summer. We could even help each other out if u wanted. Hope I helped!

walking is great and very non stressful. Get a pedometer and start out. I like to go by time -- starting at 15 minutes and try to increase it to and hours. If you can get 3 to 4 miles an hour and just watch what u eat -- like cutting out sodas and sauces. You'll see the difference very quickly and you'll feel better. I got the 30lb talk 3 years ago. I lost most of it too, but I got lazy and now I'm just maintaining. But hey, 20 pounds has gotten my doc off my back. Good luck

Try an elliptical machine. Very good cardio workout, no impact on your joints. I use one at least 3-4 times a week, 30 minutes at a time, that and lifting weights. It definitely helps.

you should exercise about 5 days a week for at least a half hour a day, if you could do an hour that would be even better. If you have the lifetime channel, you should tune in to Denise Austin's exercise program. It comes on at 6am central time. She is about health, not being skinny. Also, eat healthy.

Stairclimbing, The Step. Do 5-15 minutes in the morning, 5-15 minutes at night. Speeds up the metabolism all day long.

Running is your best bet. You see results the fastest and you get a really good workout by just running one mile. You lose weight all over your body, and will start to see toned muscle before you know it. Good Luck!

Use the stair machine. It give U good cardio and tones legs/butt/sides if you push yourself on it. Like jogging its
hard on your knees, though. Try an eliptical.
