a few things you can do. try to keep a conscious thought of what makes you want to eat when you see others eat. it could be an emotional response. are you under a lot more stress than usual? that can cause a change in habit. it could be your way of conforting yourself. make sure you are eating nutritious foods. improper nutrition can lead to cravings. your body is trying to tell you that it doesnt have the proper nurtients.first try to decided why you are eating. you can try to simply fight the urge to eat. or if you really dont want to or feel you can fight the urge make sure you eat nutritious foods and increase exercise to avoid weight gain. its not necessarliy how much you eat but what you eat. make sure you are burning off the calories you do consume so you can keep your perfect body. if you are still healthy your boyfriend shouldnt care how much you eat.

Okay, first off, it shouldn't bother your boyfriend. He should accept you for who you are! Are you stressed about anything, do you eat when you are bored (like most people)? If so, then thats not a healthy reason but eating can be nice a lot.
Unless it becomes unhealthy, then stop, but your boyfriend shouldn't be bothered by this.

May want to reevaluate your boyfriend... If you aren't fat, and he is worried you will get fat...is this love?Will he not love you if you get fat? If he is worried about your health, is he doing the same? health concious, working out etc or does he expect perfection from you while he grows a beer gut... The rule is do as I do, not do as I say.
Funny thing about relationships, if the only bond he has with you, is related to you being thin or hot, then the relationship is doomed. We all get old, get wrinkles and most of us get fat. Looking through the eyes of love though your mate still stays beautiful regardless.... if it is love.

Are you happy? Is everything going OK? It sounds like you might be stressed abit?
We humans are a funny bunch ! sometimes we do things to try to makes us happy, Food is one of those things we can some times latch onto to give us support in a different area....
I hope you can figure out Why you are eating all the time....Take care.....Oh And I'm not saying you ARE stressed (as I don't know you) but it could be a possibility......Even if you don't realize it..

Well, if you think its that big of a problem, then seek help from a pychologist. But, its really not that big of a deal.. just make sure that you exercise, regularly, and your eatting habit should not be to much for your body to burn off.

Are you pregnant? Don't diet if you are pregnant.
If not, are you depressed or bored? Try chewing gum instead. Maybe drink more water so you feel more full.
