Apple Cider Vinegar with a dash of cayenne will help with your circulation and revitalize your whole body. To get excellent results,
add a tablespoon of raw unfiltered apple cider vinegar with a dash of cinnamon for taste and its anti-oxidants plus as much cayenne as you can handle to carrot juice or a strong fruit juice like apple juice, grape juice or a combination of both. Since starting Apple Cider Vinegar, I have not had a day of sickness.

Check my blog out that has hundreds of researched studies and some of my observations about this amazing vinegar.

I have heard of this but doubt if it is the panacea people claim it is. Vinegar is citric acid and does dissolve many things. It may be harmful if taken in too large a dose. I would not recommend using it straight by the spoon full.

I don't know if it can, but I do not recommend it. My mom had a very bad reaction and lost taste for a long time, and had other bad reactions to the apple cider vinegar.

I must admit I haven't heard of this as a remedy for arteries. I have heard, however, that simple lecithin granules [or caps] can and does apparently, reverse fatty deposits in the body [and arteries] Lecithin granules can be added to your cereal in the morning for breaky and caps can simply be taken with food or drink
OK good luck with your efforts.
