Don't use diet drugs. Some can have very adverse affects on your heart and other vital organs. Change your eating habits to a sensible healthy diet with appropriate proportions and EXERCISE. Everyone wants the easier faster way, but the weight doesn't usually stay off. You gotta work for it if you want it.
