try the 'Mayo Clinic' diet I've lost 20 pounds in 14 days.

You cant lose 10lbs over nite unless u have surgery. if u have a month or so then cut back on your meal portions. Stay away from the junk food. And excercise, a few miles everyday with a combined lifting session. Eating good food, working out, and runnning can drop your weight fast, i lost 10 lbs in one week when i first started working out, so see how it goes for you. But you cant slack off, give it everything you have everytime u go, and go at least 4 times a week.

Don't snack between meals. Eat three meals a day, yet make sure the portions are small. And make sure you eat real food like vegetables, meat, and rice. Depending on how quick you want to lose it, also you could exercise, which becomes addicting once you get into it.

well u need to ride bikes go swimming and do sum active and it can be fun race through the neighborhood. iam sure in about the nest 3 wks u will lokk nice in ur applebottom pants lol

Sweat it off. Sounds wierd, but put on a t-shirt, then a garbage bag, then a sweatshirt on and wear that at home whenever you can. It's uncomfortable, but you'll lose wiegth fast since you'll be sweating it off.
