Im currently trying to loose after having my 2nd child but now finding it hard as my partner has started working in a combined pizza shop/chip shop. Nearly every night when he finnishes he brings something home for us to share as its free, usually a pizza or chips, etc. I find it hard not to eat any though. So now i have started to substitute some of my daily meals with fruit, etc to make up for when my partner brings home the fatty foods. I do excercise but feel this will not matter if im eating foods like pizzas. Can anyone help please? what should i do apart from try not to eat it?

I have lost 60 lbs over the last 5 months and have started to gain some of it back if I increase my exercise and cut out the sm amount of sweets that I eat will I be able to lose the rest? rarely eat any tpye of junk food eat sm breakfast and lunch, then have a sensible dinner.
how long do you think it would take to see results?

I always heard 4 laps is one mile....is that 4 laps on lane 1 or lane 8?? If I run all 8 laps on the track did I run 2miles? alittle less? or a little more??

basically, I'm 17, i'm quite short, and i can't help but eat a lot of junk food. I try to stop but i need some sort of plan. If anyone can help me and offer a days or weeks worth of diet and excercise plan, i'd much appreciate it :) Thanks
