Im currently trying to loose after having my 2nd child but now finding it hard as my partner has started working in a combined pizza shop/chip shop. Nearly every night when he finnishes he brings something home for us to share as its free, usually a pizza or chips, etc. I find it hard not to eat any though. So now i have started to substitute some of my daily meals with fruit, etc to make up for when my partner brings home the fatty foods. I do excercise but feel this will not matter if im eating foods like pizzas. Can anyone help please? what should i do apart from try not to eat it?
