Im currently trying to loose after having my 2nd child but now finding it hard as my partner has started working in a combined pizza shop/chip shop. Nearly every night when he finnishes he brings something home for us to share as its free, usually a pizza or chips, etc. I find it hard not to eat any though. So now i have started to substitute some of my daily meals with fruit, etc to make up for when my partner brings home the fatty foods. I do excercise but feel this will not matter if im eating foods like pizzas. Can anyone help please? what should i do apart from try not to eat it?

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.

Get started today!

So what? Weight control is a question of personal will and self-discipline. I used to love food and worked as a restaurant critic for years (eating only the best and lots of it regularly). But when health becomes an issue, one has to make a decision.

I lost more than 20 kg in six weeks on a diet of porridge, brown rice, lentils and fruit, drinking only water and tea. No sugar and no fat. I had no problems or side effects. Quite the opposite. After a few days one feels much fitter and has more energy, and one's body is much healthier. Anyone can do it. But you have to want it first.

Get as much exersize during the day, walk EVERYWHERE if you can, and when your partner goes of to work, eat with the children (preferably before 7pm) and either have what they are having, or have as much fruit, veges and soup as possible before partner comes home, so that you feel full when he does get home, explain to him that you want to loose some weight, and ask him to either not bring it home, or ask him to bring smaller amounts so that you are less obliged to want to eat it, try having shake suppliments during the day.......you will get there, the most important thing is to burn more energy then you are digesting.

Ask him to bring home some leaner pizzas (if there is such a thing). Perhaps one without cheese. Just sauce and various vegetable toppings. There is still the carbs of the bread, however, if you can get rid of the fatty, greasy meats and cheese, it will be somewhat better.

Oh, and don't eat the crust.

Change your mind set.

You keep saying "try not to eat it."

Just DON'T eat it, period. You don't have to. Choose whether you would rather be overweight--assuming you are and that's why you want to lose--or eat pizza and chips.

Not eating it isn't hard. Making the decision to REALLY, REALLY, REALLY not eat it is the only hard thing. Once that's done, it's just another thing you don't do, like you don't eat a whole cake at a time.

Wouldn't I *love* to have free pizza every day. But I do feel bad for you. I suggest you talk to your partner if you haven't already. explain the situation. ask him to eat his pizza before he comes home, or not to bring some for you.

Geez are you sure you want someone to tell you what you need to do or are you too scared to admit you have no control. Tell him not to bring anything home and if he does you will throw it out. He must be gaining weight too so stop the lovetruck from backing up and he will be at the gym in no time especially if your butt looks good enough to eat

you must be strong to refuse eating these kind of food, cuz ur mind is right know on the process of neglecting the idea of loosing weight, and wants u to eat the usual thing that you are used to eat it,,, so if you are willing to loose weight , you should tell ur partner that you can not refusing the food that he is bringing it to u at night because you are weak towards it. and then you should teach your self to resist any kind of food because it is not good to you and it will damage your body.

WILL POWER!!!! Just don't eat it, my husband and son used too work at Krispy Kreme doughtnuts, they'd bring all kinds of stuff home -- I'd give them away to everyone, when I went to get gas, or the grocery store, or even the people that sell the newspapers on the street -- I'd give them to anyone who'd take them!!!!! If you see it you'll eat it, because our flesh craves the bad stuff.
GOOD LUCK!!!!
