hi..Well psoriasis as per is self remitting auto-immune disorder. But there is no definate cure ....there are many allopathic and alternative medications available which can help in its remission....Also steroids make the remission faster....and you need to expose the affected area under sun for about 2-3 hr everyday, usually after application of local medication...
You can always see google to find out different modes of treatment for it and their success rates.
But do get treatment fast as it has got long term side effects also like joint problems.
Take care my friend.

I have psoriosis...it depends if you are willing to use natural medications...
What I did to heal mine is: I used an intestinal cleanser for a week, then I took a parasite medicine(everyone has parasites) for a week, then I went on a sugar diet for 6 months. Sugar is horrible for the immune system, and since psoriosis is a problem with the immune system it causes break outs. Also, I would suggest to eat less carbs, because they cause yeast to grow in the body, which also causes break outs.
For outside treatments, I would suggest Pokeweed. DO NOT USE STERIODS! You can get cancer a lot easier that way! To get the crusty skin off I always put Vasaline on at night, so in the morning it was soft and I could scratch it off without harming the other layers of skin. I went to a dermotologist and they didn't do ANYTHING! Don't always trust the doctors to know everything.
Another thing...if you stay out in the sun a lot, the next time you break out it will be worse. Believe me I know.

A combination of the Water Cure and Apple Cider vinegar could cure you of Psoriasis.
Drink several glasses of distilled water each day with a pinch of unrefined sea salt. This will remineralize your body and rehydrate
it as well. A rehydrated and remineralized body can heal itself.
Soak in a warm bath with 2 Cups apple cider vinegar while drinking lots of water.
Drink a shot glass of apple juice with a tablespoon of raw unfiltered apple cider vinegar and a tablespoon of cinnamon three times a day. Rinse your hair and body with apple cider vinegar as well. Use the cheap stuff to bathe with and raw apple cider vinegar to drink.
Until the Water Cure Cures you and in may take days or week or even months, you might want to try a paste of oatmeal and sea salt plus a a drop or two of neem oil.

You can only reach remission, because it's not curable. Daivobet is very good, and usually gives long remissions
