Im addicted to fatty foods, and way i can come off them? or cut down?

Just eat better and make better choices when it comes to food. Whole, fresh and natural food is better than processed food. I'm on a diet that is no sugar, no salt, no oil and during the first few days, it was really tough and I think I went through detox but I did feel much much better afterwards. I was healthier too.

I use to eat fatty foods all the time until i was told that i had to cut down. I found out that i have ulcers. I cut down and now they are gone. I also have a history of heart problems on both my mom and dads side of the family. Since i have cut down, i have lost a great amount of weight. Almost 100 lbs in the last 4 years. Just cut back little by little. You don't have to cut out all the way, just cut back.

Think of your health and how your arteries will be clogged. Slowly cut down so your body does not crave it so much. Allow yourself one a day until you cut down.

drink lots of water before eating your meal... in that way... your food intake will be lessen
