Yes you will lose weight but you have to be very careful not to over do it. Make sure you drink plenty of water and make sure you eat a healthy and balanced diet. Dont cut back on meals - only treats as you will make yourself ill if you over exercise and dont give your body enough fuel. Your weight loss shouldnt be measured in pounds as muscle weighs more than fat. You will notice yourself become more toned and your clothes will fit better. What type of exercise you are doing that's more important too. Also what type of diet you are having during your dieting days.
You should have honey and lemon juice one teaspoonful in the morning and evening. It will work.
