I'm getting really sick of everyone answering everything with Pilates!

So here's the situation, you can't target train meaning that once you start losing weight it will come off and it may start with your breasts and hit your thighs last, that's life and why they invented lyposuction whick I wouldn't suggest to anyone, better a healthy girl with a flat chest then a fat... well you know where I'm going with this but the key is to start dieting and excercising. One of the easiest ways to lose weight is to stop drinking soda, so no more soda okay? The second best way to lose weigth is to not eat two to three hours before bed time, ideally if you have dinner and don't snack between then and bed time you'll see huge results. AND KEY is to exercise, you should start with this and other then this eat whatever you want. The next step, say a month later you should try to cut out all fast food and decrease the amount of carbs you are eating, don't cut them out totally but try to reduce.

Any type of cardio will shed the pounds: running, swimming, skiing, and biking are the best, I would say. but if you're not into that sort of thing, try tae bo, pilates, jump roping (it burns a lot of calories, surprisingly!), weight lifting.... Don't expect immediate results, it'll probably take a few weeks or maybe even months, depending on your body make.

PILATES ALL THEW WAY> you will be sore the next day so dont give up. WInsor pilates is great.
