There is no cookie cutter number that you will lose because so many things will play into it - your metabolism for one. A person who has been sedentary will lose weight at a different pace than someone who is more active.

Another thing is impromptu get togethers (that always has food in it somewhere) that you didn't calculate in, not to mention any birthdays, graduations, holidays and the like which you know about.

Pay less attention to the weight number and more to how much better it makes you feel. Bringing your weight down by 10% will do wonders for your cholesterol level and heart (that's from Weight Watchers - I didn't make that up). Recognize when the sizes of things you wear changes - 1 size can be anywhere between 10 to 15 pounds.

I dont know how much weight you will lose, but after you give it up you should look into getting some lessons in English.

Hoola hooping must be an enough substitute for walking in phrases of burning energy, but it surely would no longer make you as robust or develop your muscle groups as good. I might recommend doing a little force coaching as good, or whatever amusing like swimming.
