You can neither eat the HEALTHY OR WEALTHY
What you want to know is what and how to eat to remain healthy?
Perhaps you might have heard the proverb
SOME PEOPLE EAT TO LIVE & SOME LIVE TO EAT.
Both are extremes. Just eating something to survive means one is so poor that he cant afford good food but has to survive by eating what ever is available.
The other one goes with a vengeance to eat all the best food available in the world as if he may not get a chance to be born again to eat to his full taste and belly ful.
Our body needs carbohydrates, fats, proteins, vitamins, minerals,
calcium, iron etc etc. So you must find out what are the various foods which have abundance of all these requirements and how to balance it. If you are vegetarian you must take plenty of milk, cheese , fruits cereals eggs etc.IT MUST BE A BALANCED DIET
Then you must also know certain basics of eating. That a break fast is a must. Two square meals a day is ok. You should take time to bite and munch everything so that it gets crushed to pulp and your saliva from mouth do get in.Should keep some scedule
Also plenty of water to be taken.
As you get older you may have to reschedule it.Lot of regular exercise is also important.If you fall sick you must decide what is
good.
Better start reading about eating habits, dieting etc.

Eat plenty of vegetables, fruits, don't eat a lot of meat, because your body needs meat but not in big amounts! Try to escape from to much sweets, candy's, ice-creams, just once per week is more than enough! And don't forget to exercise after each meal, because the body will digests the food more easier!

eat fruits and vegetables specially green ones
drink a lot of water
stay away from fats and sugary foods
eat fish and sea food at least once in a weak
I have to say that carrots r so good for ur skin...they have vitamin A

eat grass.
open your mouth and fill it with greens and fibre rich non processed foods, such as fruits, vegetables, fish and lean meat .
no coke, avoid fast food. its okay to enjoy a slice pizza orso.
