if you have something that is about 2-3 lbs then get it , lift it like you would a normal weight (arms out at your side bringing your hand to your shoulder with weight in hand) and then right after do it with your arm straight up and then bring it down , about 20 times of each on both sides and try to do it for half an hour , the results are pretty quick. :) hope this helps

Apply castor oil locally where there is flabby skin. hot fomentation 20 minutes every day for 4 weeks.

Hold your arms straight out from your sides and lift 2 lb weights or a soup can in each hand straight up.
