It all depends on what you put on the corn. If you eat it plain with no butter or airpopped, it is wonderful because iot puts the right amount of vitamins and minerals into your system.
Wheat being a fiber will cause you to be somewhat more regular in bowel habits, but still contains the same minerals as the corn.

Depends are what your body can take, some people can't eat either. I like corn and wheat, oat meal is best for long slow energy release.

both are full of fiber and carbs are good for you. you need to burn the food you eat or you will gain weight no matter if you eat carbs or not. wheat has more nutrients overall. but include both to have a balanced diet. carbs have a rep for being fattening, but it's what you put on your carbs that matters. potatoes are good for you, but when a person adds 2 tbs of butter, 3 tsp of sour cream and bacon bits, the calories really add up. try different seasoning to add flavor to your carbs. also, try wheat pasta instead of white. wheat tortillas and bread are better than white. your body needs foods from all of the 4 food groups. our ancestors had no problems eating good, healthy, grown food and they all maintained their weights. how? they were more active than we are today. visit a nutritionist if you need help. they offer great advice.

The overwhelming concensus is definately wheat! I agree-corn is higher in carbs and sugar. Wheat is the better option.

Everything in moderation. American Indians survived on corn as the primary grain for millenia. Eurasian's have survived on wheat as the primary grain for as long a time. East Asians have survived on rice as the primary grain as well. Eating a mix of whole grains will balance out the nutritional drawbacks of any one grain as well as provide all of the nutritional benefits that each has.

Corn when combined with brown beans create an amino acid that is like a substitute for meats. Stay away from carbs alone and eat nuts, yogurts, chicken(lean) and lots of fruits and veggies.
Oat bran is a good grain to eat, as well as brown rice.

My mom used to say that corn is bad. They use corn on the farm to fatten animals up before sending them to market.
