Plain black coffee is better than flavored coffee and soda out there. So, in essence, it is healthy for you. I don't recommend soley drinking coffee in hopes of losing weight. For that I say drink water (as coffee dehydrates you) and eat healthy foods as well as exercise.

Dont know about the weight but coffee helps u lose sleep and builds up caffiene in you..dont think it good for your health in anyway

Coffee is terrible for you.It is extremely bad for your bladder,not to mention your stomach.It really rips away nutrients(sp?) from your body.While you may feel more alert,your body is truly suffering.
