i'm 17 and i'm 1.75cm ....i wanna get 1.80cm or 1.82cm.....what should i do, are there any exercises or any medicine?? and i'm 52 kg....does anyone know how could i gain some weight....and dont say eat more, coz that doesnt help, i have a fast metabolism

You really can't make yourself taller. You may not have stopped growing yet, as some people grow until they are 22, so there is the chance of another growth spurt.
You can eat to gain weight, though. Even with a fast metabolism, if you increase your intake by a lot, it will eventually catch up. If you want to bulk up on muscle, then you can lift a lot of weights, and drink protein shakes after every work out. This will promote a fast growth in muscle, and eventually, size.

in was told a story from a elderly coustomer of my fathers that her grand saon was too shoty to be am MP in the army and thus for 2 years hung him self with no weight and got taller by a few inches or i guess 4cm. only problem i find is that my friend is 5 11 and am MP and the coustomer said you needed to be 6foot so i dont know. but try it. as for weight gain eat more and work out. i have the same problem and i only gain weight if i work out.
